The Directors of Champion Bear Resources.

The successes of the company depend on its people and their ability to generate excellent exploration programs, effectively finance and managed the business of the Company on its properties. Following is a brief resume of the management and key personnel of the Company.

Richard Kantor - President and Director

Mr. Kantor has been the President and Director of the company since its incorporation in 1987 and has over 40 years of experience in the mining, oil and gas and finance industries. As Vice-President, Land of Barrington Petroleum Limited, he was instrumental in founding and organizing the business and enterprise of the company.

David R. Haigh, Q.C. - Director

Mr. Haigh has been a director of the Company since 1997. Mr. Haigh is a partner at the law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, Calgary, Alberta, specializing in commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration, with extensive experience in oil and gas, corporate, commercial and constriction related litigation.

Marc J. Stachiw - Director

Marc J. Stachiw was appointed to Champion Bear's directors in 2011. He is also the Vice President of Alberta Wind Energy Corporation, a privately owned wind power developer headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business, a Bachelors Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Investment Management (CIM) designation, and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Stachiw is also currently a director of Kestrel Gold Inc, a mining exploration company trading on the TSXV.

Rob Foy - Director

Rob Foy was appointed to Champion Bear's directors in 2011. Rob is also the President of Foy Geological Services. He is a career geologist that brings more than two decades of exploration and production experience to the Champion Bear Board having worked extensively in Canada as well as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Norway and Australia. He is also a P. Geo. and qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
