The successes of the company depend on its people and their ability to generate excellent exploration programs, effectively finance and managed the business of the Company on its properties. Following is a brief resume of the management and key personnel of the Company.

Richard Kantor - President and Director

Mr. Kantor has been the President and Director of the company since its incorporation in 1987 and has over 40 years of experience in the mining, oil and gas and finance industries. As Vice-President, Land of Barrington Petroleum Limited, he was instrumental in founding and organizing the business and enterprise of the company.

Fred Plomp - Director

Mr. Plomp is an independent businessman with over 28 years of experience in the mining industry having discovered and overseen a number of exploration programs for gold, copper, zinc and other minerals. He has extensive knowledge of the Company’s prospects including the Eagle Rock palladium cooper project and Plomp Farm gold project, the latter of which he discovered.

David Haigh - Director

Partner, Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP (law firm).

Jason Hastie - CFO

Mr. Hastie is an independent consultant and has significant experience in providing a wide range of companies with financial and accounting services. He is also the founder of TenjaGo, a cloud-based bookkeeping company based in Calgary which leverages technology to reduce effort and cost of financial operations.

Michael Sweeny - Director

Mr. Sweeny is a professional surface and underground exploration geologist with over 40 years of experience. He has a strong focus on Ni-Cu-PGE exploration including, compilation, geological mapping, geophysics, geochemistry, diamond drilling through to advanced stage exploration and underground projects.

John E Squarek, B. Sc., P. Eng., MBA - Director

Mr. Squarek is a seasoned energy industry executive with a wealth of technical, managerial and business experience. Proven accomplishments in operations management, including environment, health and safety, strategic and business planning and the management of staff in a variety of disciplines.
